Can anybody tell me why you should have not taken these PRL signals except the maybe middle one?

Can anybody tell me why you should have not taken these PRL signals except the maybe middle one?
The first one is not breaking the structure. The third one is breaking out of the local small structure, but hitting the lower part of the first structure? (meaning it is very likely for the third breakout to revert short). I would even be cautious about the second one since its breakout candle stick is hitting a small redistribution zone (aka resistance)
