The Story:
We have broken a Resistance Level with a fast up wave
The Fast Up Wave with the low SI of 6.9 was a fake move
A couple of waves later and an Abnormal SI of 41.0 - Nothing like that on all the up waves and that signifies a Change in Behavior.
