Every time price approaches 61.8, PVR shows high activity and price drops = Sellers
Last Down move at the bottom PVR high activity again are these sellers or buyers or both fighing ??? Patience all the background shows sellers but why risk it, wait for the move and if it agrees with the backround enter "THE FOLLOW STRATEGY"
