Just by reading the Progressive Volume Rate, every time price rises volume rate increases = Sellers, the only time some Buyers showed up were at support and then Sellers again.
That up move is done with news volume from the Bad news for CAD, so the forecast is that we will continue down until we find some real buying volume.
