Where and why is this change in behavior?

First of all is located at a Resistance Level (how original!!!!!). Look at the SI numbers at the Top 9.9, 12.3, 10.6 and 16.1. Do you see any SIs like on the left on all the up waves (bottom to top on the up move)? The answer is "NO" and this is the reason this is called change in behavior of SI's. We have moved from Low SIs and price progressing to High SIs and price not progressing, guess what, these where SELLERS absorbing the buy orders. Finally Plutus confirms the entry.
