4HR Chart: Still forming SI , patience, there is a lot of volume without the respective pip move.

1HR lets analyze: a Plutus Long has been formed but we have not yet broken resistance. Furthermore, the highest up wave with linear up move after very very long time. Judging from the above we are most pobably going to break the resistance. Examine the next waves because it might retrace.
