The methodology from the Mastrers, Wychoff and Weis, but quantified and easily identifiable with the powerfull Speed Index (also explained on my video Lesson 11).

That 33.2 SI is a Change in Behavior because there is no such a High SI on the up Waves
After the Plutus Reversal Short pattern and on the upward retracement most of the High SIs on that range are on the up waves (light blue on chart) - this is Effort vs. Result (hard to move up)
