New Feature added making the indicator faster by calculating part of the code only on New Bar creation. Just set "Calc OnNewBar=true"

This feature is extremely useful when you are working with Custom charts for MT5 or Offline charts for MT4 such as Tick Charts, Renko, Range, etc which are very CPU intensive but also if you have lots of charts open.
